 Order Process

1) Download the Order Sheet below

ORDER FORM

2) Save a copy and rename as "YOUR TEAM Varsity Order" 

3) Enter the details of everyone on your team who wants to order merch, ensuring all fields are completed - any left blank will not be printed

(ie: For sweats if you fill in your name and no team number, the sweater will arrive with no number printed on the back)

4) DOUBLE CHECK ALL SPELLING - Tees & Sweats will be printed with exactly what is entered on the form*

5) The form will automatically calculate the total cost of your order

6) Once complete email back to store@sheffield.ac.uk by 5pm Sunday 5th Feb 2023

Individual team members will then have to come into Sheffield Store in the Students' Union between 9am on Monday 6th and at the latest by 5pm Friday 10th Feb to pay for their items.

Any items not paid for by 5pm Friday 10th Feb 2023 will be removed from the order and will not be produced

 Please note we will ONLY accept orders for custom Varsity clothing via the team order form, one form per term. - Individual requests cannot be processed.

*Any names deemed potentially inappropriate will be referred to the Wellbeing & Sports Officer for approval
